About my ads and reviews

I’m very grateful to sometimes be invited to venues and gifted food/drink/items because of (or in return for) my social media content. Content as a result of anything gifted will always be disclosed with ‘ad’ at the start of each post, and in stories, as per the ASA and CMA government guidelines. I have been asked not to disclose a visit as an ad in the past, this is not something I will do.

If a ‘traditional’ paid partnership takes place, it will be marked as one. I aim to be fully transparent with everything I create – if you have any questions, please message me on Instagram, TikTok or via email.

In terms of my reviews, I will always share my positive thoughts alongside some constructive feedback, if I have any. If a visit goes poorly and I don’t have positive information to share, I will not create a post. Instead, I will speak to the restaurant/venue directly and provide feedback – I’m not interested in sharing harmful information on a venue based on one visit.

Social media needs a lot more transparency – especially here in Cardiff – so here’s my two cents!
